FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
For transport, we use the services of Zásilkovna, which ensures delivery of the package within the second day of receipt throughout the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We send goods to all countries of the European Union and also to Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Switzerland and Ukraine. Outside of Europe, we will send your goods via Zásilkovna to the USA, Turkey, Israel and the United Arab Emirates. For orders outside the above-mentioned countries, please contact us at our e-mail address and we will deliver the goods to you individually.
Contact us by e-mail and we will immediately send you a complaint label that you stick on the shipment. You then take the package to the nearest Zásilkovna branch and you’re done! If you cannot print the claim label, just dictate the ten-digit tracking number to the operator at the delivery point and request a printout. The goods must be in their original condition, undamaged and properly packaged. You can find more information about returning goods via Zásilkovna HERE. If you do not have a Zásilkovna drop-off point near you, do not hesitate to contact us.
We always process the order on weekdays no later than 24 hours after it is entered.

When making a claim, the goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transport. Print the claim form HERE, fill it out and attach it to the shipment. Then send the package via Zásilkovna to the collection point Havlíčkova 887, 293 01 Mladá Boleslav. We always process the order on weekdays, no later than 24 hours after it is entered.
